Commercial Description:
Danish: Til denne IPA har vi brugt gode mængder humle. Det giver en nuanceret duft af blomster/fersken. Det er især de to amerikanske humler der kan duftes. Smagen præges ligeledes af humlen. Den er frisk, frugtagtig og en smule sødme fra malten anes. Øllen afsluttes med en markant bitterhed, der ligeledes stammer fra den gode mængde humle. Farven er lys ravfarvet, med et pænt hvidt skum. Brygget på: vand, malt (pale ale, pils, to krystalmalte og lidt røgmalt), humle (East Kent Goldings, Bramling og Amarillo) og engelsk overgær.

Tap @ Esbjerg Festival, 2009. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Peach and pine. Dry and fruity hoppy end. Medium bodied. Crispy and clean.

Draught at EsBF09. Mild grassy hop aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is mildly grassy, hint of creamy hoppiness. Flavourful and well-balanced.

It’s hazy, warm golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes og grass and slightly dusty hops. I sense the English hops better than the US hops. The flavor is rather sweet with of citrus, flower, malt, caramel and fruit and the finish is slightly dry. It’s refreshing and uncomplicated.
