BeerandBlues2 (3201), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Jun 26, 2005 Tap. Pours dark gold with a thin white head. Hoppy malt and bread aromas. Sour malt and bread flavors. Light bodied and refreshing palate. heykevin (1269), Iowa City, Iowa, USA Aug 9, 2004 Brilliant golden. Lightly (kolsch) yeasty aroma, with that hint of sulfur I enjoy. Bright clean malt flavor, good yeast signature. Light and brief, but to style and rather enjoyable. Aubrey (2773), Denver, Colorado, USA Mar 25, 2003 Updated: Jul 20, 2003Yellow-gold in color, with a head that tries hard to keep up. Creamy and smooth on the palate; crisp and carbonated near the finish. Light malt flavors; some fruitiness, too. Has a sharp, metallic "edge," which wasn't necessarily a bad thing. Nice and flowery hop aroma. Dryish finish. Clean and refreshing. Pretty good Kolsch.
