Dec 5, 2006 An orange cider with just hints of a head. The aroma is strong with notes fo apples and cinnamon, and the flavor is very sweet with notes of apples and cinnamon. Nice.

May 7, 2008 Murky caramelized apple colour. Sugary and really spicy. Soft, sweet, with some mapley notes, splashes of brown sugar and caramel. Not as rich as most of the Canadian examples I’ve had.

Jan 21, 2007 (375ml bottle) Clear amber body, no carbonation, nice legs. Aroma is moderately sweet, green apple, syrup. Taste is sweet, green apple, some syrup. Sticky medium-full body, yet fairly clean.
