Bottle and the ABV on the label is 7.2%. Medium sized head and a transparent/slightly hazy orange brown body. The aroma is apples and caramel. The flavor is sweet, bitter, sour, tart, apples, and a dry finish. The mouthfeel is smooth, syrupy, sticky, dry and this is a medium bodied ice cider. Overall, easy to drink, not overly apple tasting IMO, not too sweet tasting, worthy of a try, and I would drink this again.

Dec 25, 2009 2006 vintage. Amber with off white head. Apple aroma with pie and paestry. Interesting. Sweet flavour of sugar, honey and apple.

Oct 12, 2009 Bottle. Pours a murky orange/brown with no head. Aroma of buttery apples, general sweetness. Flavor of sweet apples, vanilla, caramel, toffee, and oak. Very nice and sweet, easy drinking (for an ice cider). Excellent!

Oct 4, 2009 This is fantastic- certainly the thickest, darkest, most opaque cider I have ever had. It smells like a an apple brandy and tastes like apple butter. Thick as a nectar and very cloudy, like a hot caramel- apple cider color. Fantastic vintage 2006 bottle from Knightly Spirits in Orlando, Florida.

Aug 24, 2009 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of ivory colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a slightly hazy brown orange colored body. The strong aroma was of old red apples. The mouth feel was thick initially with a smooth dry vinous aftertaste. The sweet dry flavor contained notes of old red apples. A decent one that I would consider buying again. Although the flavor came off to me as old, it was still quite good and not at all bad.

Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is apple, wood, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat. [20090321]
