Pours yellow and fizzy. Smells of dry apples and spicy. Tastes dry, but on the watery side as compared to their other ciders.

Crushed with Jakebra. HUGE head that dissipated in about du and haif seconds. Awesome, kinda gueuzey, farmhouse, funky, sour, badass aroma. Flavor isn’t quite there, but the carbonation give it a very nice mouthfeel. Finish is a little too bready/yeasty, but this is still excellent.

Bottles courtesy of kiefdog. This 2005 vintage has an aroma that is full of wood notes followed by funky notes and some tartness. The taste is much the same with apples mixing with funk like tartness that carries nicely into the finish. Yummy interesting beverage that holds a bit of complexity and ending dry and refreshing. Loved it.

Thanks kiefdog for the share. Pours straw gold with an aroma of apple, pear, apple, some dust and funk with some sugar and banana. Flavor is same with the entire apple spectrum represented. Presence of honey, banana, sugar, and funk, too. An interesting cider. Very light and sweet with a finish that is syrupy sugary apple puree.

courtesy of keifdog. Pours clear golden, white head. Aroma and taste. Very crisp and dry cider. Ample notes of fruits - apples. Overall very sweet and sugary with undertones of yeast. Easy to drink, very refreshing.

75cl bottle from Swann Avenue Market (Tampa, FL). Pours a slightly cloudy bright yellow color with a one finger white head that settles quickly. Aroma is sweet with notes of pear, ripe fruit, barnyard funk, banana, apple. Flavor is sweet with notes of candy sugar, pears, syrup, tart apples, and maybe even apple cider. Generally light to medium body with a smooth sweet finish. Nice cider.

Poured into a La Chouffe goblet. Total gusher upon opening, I guess I could have let it get colder though. Huge white head fizzes out pretty quickly. Slightly hazed golden color. Aroma is very champagne-like, but with a nice dose of crisp apple flesh. Flavor is light tart green apple with some yeast and champagne notes. Light, maybe a little too yeasty. Very high effervescence hurts the drinkability a bit.

Bottle 2006: Very nice fresh sweet apple aroma. There was also a bit of yeast in the aroma which took over the apples a bit too much. Very great sweet apple flavor with a hint of sour towards the end. Great cider but could be better.
