Dec 20, 2005 Clear golden colour with a big white head. Sweet wheaty aroma with lots of banana. Thin and fairly watery flavor, only some wheaty sweet notes and a light fruityness.

Oct 19, 2005 Somewhat pale, slightly cloudy colour with a disappointing head. Aroma is not very interesting and the palate is fizzy and watery. However, the flavour is classic weissbier: refreshing, fruity, and spicy (cloves).
