Nov 3, 2009 Bottled 0,50L. Abundant, strong, resistant head. Elegant orange dark color, much lively and bubbly. Fresh aroma with clear mildew notes, banana, lemon, honey. Complex and explosive taste, much dense and fresh one. Pleasant and indeed rich.

Dec 16, 2003 Bottle conditioned. Hazy gold, good fluffy white head and moderate condition. Spicy ester and cloves in the nose, excellent banana and esters in the mouth with a sweet yeastiness reminiscent of a Weihenstephan. Long refreshing wheaty and banana finish.

May 18, 2004 Golden color, cloudy. Sedate aroma, only a hint of fruit. Pear, mandarin and banana fruit in the flavor. Hint of tartness. Mandarin aftertaste. Lovely hefeweizen, very refreshing but not without complexity.

Apr 16, 2005 Bottled: Golden coloured. Unclear. Huge white head. Yeast, banana, citrus and wheat in the aroma. Flavour is a little more distinct. Yeast, banana, fruitsweetness and citrus in the flavour as well. Is fresh and smooth. I like this a lot.

Jun 14, 2008 Bottle 50cl. Pours a very good looking Weizen, almost orange coloured. Just the right quantity of yeast. Huge white head, fizzy carbonation. Fruity, yeasty, grainy, refreshing. The perfect Beer for Biergarten in summertime. Aaah!

Jun 25, 2007 Bottle. Banana nose. Cloudy pale golden, rocky off-white head. Bready, somewhat metallic yeast base, plenty of banana, vanila and clove esters. Relatively lightbodied, still chewy enough though. Fruity aftertaste peters off quickly. Easy drinkable fresh south-bavarian wheat.

Aug 14, 2009 (bottle) Cloudy, bright orange to amber colour with a big and rocky foamy white head. Sweet and moderately wheaty nose with strong clovy spices and very shy fruity notes in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Wheat-malty chewy taste with distinctive notes of ripe banana; the clove character is surprisingly mild; sweet malty and fruity finish with a whiff of sourness. A good Weizen at second sight (14.VIII.09).

Sep 5, 2007 Draught at BBF07. Citric aroma, slightly sour. Cloudy yellow colour. Stable, creamy white head. Good banana flavour, and not sour. With a little sweet clove. Quite good, flavourful and well-balanced.
