| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 26, 2007 Updated: Jun 3, 2007Pours a dark mahogany with red edges and a beige head. Lovely sweet aroma of chocolate which also gives you a hint of the chocolates bitterness. Flavour of bitter chocolat with a great vinious feel. The palate is great - it is foamy and carbonated and kind of fills up your mouth with small nuances from the sweetness, over the vinious feel and the bitterness. Great beer. (Bottle)
