Aroma is medium sweet, nutty, some caramel, biscuit. Taste is mild sweet, caramel, some nutty, minimal grassy bitterness. Watery light-medium body, minimal acidity, and extremely drinkable. Much less sweet than most dunkels I have had, and thus a refreshing change of pace.
