Sweet and moderately wheaty nose with strong clovy spices and very shy fruity notes in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Wheat-malty chewy taste with distinctive notes of ripe banana; the clove character is surprisingly mild; sweet malty and fruity finish with a whiff of sourness. Copper-amber color, decent cloudy off-white head. Light lemony, slightly sour-earthy nose with hints of sweet bread. Tart, sweet malty, lemony flavor. Hazy yellow brown color with almost no head. Dry tart, peppery and clovey aroma. Dry acidic and tart flavor with sharp clovey spiciness and some banana. Yeasty slightly astringent palate. The carbonation is on high side but head disappears quickly.
