From the Jug at the GBBF Colorado Convention Center, Denver 11/10/2008 Bourbon aroma. Bronze mid brown coloured smooth on the palate strong in alcohol and fruity with a little dryness in a crisp and bitter malt finish.

This was actually on draught at the Issaquah brewhouse in Washington, but said it came from Eugene. Aroma is sweet caramel forward with light citrus and a dried cherry note. Appearance is a hazy amber brown with a low off white head. Flavor is highly alcoholic, fruity, acidic, earthy and musty with a medium low bittering. It’s a flavor blend that just doesn’t work. Mouthfeel is warm, medium bodied, creamy, with a moderate carb feel. Overall, this is funky and almost stale with no fresh flavors.
