Tap @ the brewpub. Poured a hazy deep amber color with an off-white head. The aroma had mild apple notes with some hot cider spices. Fairly spicy. The flavor had light malt and cider notes. Moderate amount of spice. There was a cidery tang on the finish. Dry and mildly bitter on the finish.

Didn't taste the apple at first, but it grew as the pint lived on. Very thin in hte mouth, but the taste stays with you.

Sample at the brewpub. No head, clear darkish amber (like juice). Strong brash apple nose, very sweet and nicely fruity all the way through, a bit white-wine like in the body, drier than expected and with an unfortunate hint of sourness (common to many of this pub's beers) finishing. Still, a worthy effort.
