Sep 23, 2009 Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale gold color with a small head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma is fruity with light toasted grain notes. Taste is grain, creamed corn, light toastiness and a fairly bitter and grassy hop finish. Thin-Medium bodied. Refreshing and solid.

Oct 6, 2008 Sampler at brewery. Very slight pale malt aroma with faint American hops. Clear light straw. Very close to a cream ale. Medium body with medium full mouthfeel Dry peppery yeast character in finish.

On tap at the brewpub on 10/04/2008. Very clear light golden body wtih a small white head. Sweet corn and honey aroma. Very light corn and honey flavor with some faint floral hops. Light body with medium high carbonation. 5/2/5/3/11 - 2.6
09/05/2006: Clear light amber body with a small creamy white head. Aroma of sweet malt. Sweet caramel malt flavor although very light and thin. 5/2/5/3/10 - 2.5

Jul 17, 2006 Clear pale gold with a frothy white head. The aroma is lightly hoppy. The flavor is straw malt and mild hop bitterness. Bit more hop flavor (noble) than expected. Would shock a budmillercoors drinker.
