Extra Billys Brown Ale

On tap at the brewpub on 10/04/2008. Dark brown body with ruby highlights and a small light brown head. Dark malt, caramel and brown sugar aroma. Sweet brown sugar and light nutty flavor. Medium full body with moderate carbonation.

Sampler at Brewery. Moderate caramel malts and some fruity aroma. Clear dark amber brown. Nice roasty malt flavor fairly sweet with low hop flavor or bitterness. Bordering on an English style mild.

Dark brown with a great looking head. Slightly bready aroma. A bit thin on the palate, no real malt character. A little hop bitterness on the end, but this beer is simply too watery.
