Draft sample at the brewery. Pours a clear amber color with a large head. Taste and aroma are very similar... light grain and lots of corn. Fairly sweet. Medium bodied.

Gold with slight off white head. Aroma was dry, earthy and crisp. Taste was alcohol, dry and burned crispy. Finish was smooth but a little hot.

On tap at the brewpub on 01/18/2009. Clear light copper body with a small off-white head. Sweet pale malt aroma with some light earthy hops and hints of green apple. Light malty flavor with some faint earthy hops and a touch of green apple. Medium light body with moderate carbonation.
