Sep 23, 2009 Sampled on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear brownish red color with a large head. Fair head retention and lacing. Lots of butter in the aroma along with faint tart fruits, light toast and caramel. Taste is nutty with faint grain and tart fruit notes. Thin bodied, slightly watery. Seems like this could be a bit infected. Either way, it’s just not a very good beer.

Apr 10, 2009 amber red with very slight off white lacing. Aroma was honey, grain and a little cloying. Flavor was fruit, and a little cough syrup.

Oct 6, 2008 Sampler at brewery. Light floral hop notes with pale malts in aroma. Clear amber copper no head. Light pale malt flavor with some honey and grain and touch of tea like floral hop flavor. Not a bad amber.
