Oct 6, 2008 Sampler at brewery. Light floral hop notes with pale malts in aroma. Clear amber copper no head. Light pale malt flavor with some honey and grain and touch of tea like floral hop flavor. Not a bad amber.

Aug 5, 2006 Mahogony body with no real head. Malty aroma, wheat bread is evident. Smooth sweet taste, some grains. Sweet and light spicey ending.

Jul 17, 2006 Pefectly clear copper body (slightly tarnished penny). The aroma is slight and realy not worth mentioning. The flavor starts with a punch of caramel and graham crackers.

Sweet malt flavor with some green apple hints and light hops. Medium full body with moderate carbonation. 6/3/6/3/11 - 2.9
On tap at the brewpub on 10/04/2008. Dark brown body with ruby highlights and a small light brown head. Dark malt, caramel and brown sugar aroma. Sweet brown sugar and light nutty flavor. Medium full body with moderate carbonation. 6/3/5/4/11 - 2.9
09/05/2006: Clear red body with a small creamy white head. Aroma of sweet malt. Flavor of dark malt with some caramel. 5/3/7/3/12 - 3.0

Apr 10, 2009 amber red with very slight off white lacing. Aroma was honey, grain and a little cloying. Flavor was fruit, and a little cough syrup.

Jun 2, 2006 Updated: Jun 4, 2006This was the first tasted. Again all these products are on the thin side. This beer had some hints of honey and clover. There were no hops flavors. The color was a ruddy copper. I am not a fan.

Sep 23, 2009 Sampled on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear brownish red color with a large head. Fair head retention and lacing. Lots of butter in the aroma along with faint tart fruits, light toast and caramel. Taste is nutty with faint grain and tart fruit notes. Thin bodied, slightly watery. Seems like this could be a bit infected. Either way, it’s just not a very good beer.
