BoBoChamp (720), Gent, Belgium Oct 4, 2008 33cl, from De Bierloods Adegem, not complex, not balanced, clear, good head, nothing special shrubber85 (2584), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA Apr 4, 2008 Bottle. Okay - I’m a sucker but a donkey on the label is a must-buy for me - the new label has an actual donkey. Strong sweet apple cider, lemon and alcohol aroma. Pale yellow with gigantic, explosive white head and tiny little bubbles. Tart lemon/apple malt aroma - alcohol does not come out near as much as the aroma would lead you to believe. Aroma seemed a bit off but a very nice flavor - somewhat saison-like which I really enjoy. NoiZe (945), Zeist, Netherlands Jan 16, 2008 Pretty much like the others say: yellow colored. citrus, sour aroma. Yeasty flavor.
Too much to add, too little to say :) skortila (2433), Bunnik, Netherlands Jan 6, 2008 Bottled. Aroma has some grassy, citric hops, yeast finished with a little cheesy note. Hazy, yellow coloured with a lasting, medium, white, frothy head. Taste is bit sweet, yeasty, citric hoppy. Some spice. Reasonable triple. Bullit (577), Glasgow, Scotland Dec 7, 2007 Hazy yellow colour, huge foamy head. Aroma is initially sour, like vinegar. Furthermore some citrus. Flavour is yeasty, soapy and alcoholic.
