Commercial Description:
A full bodied and rich flavored beer with hints of sweetness from caramel. Our classical variety leaves You with a soft aroma on the lips. It has the same soft bitterness as the Blond Lager, but has been added caramel malt, that gives the beer a slight sweetness and the beutiful amber color.

Pours a two finger cream head that fades slowly leaving some lace. Almost clear amber color. Good carbonation and medium bodied. Slight malty nose. Flavor is sweet malty with hops in the background expensive - 59 DKK ~ $12.51 for ½ liter glass at Færgekroen Bryghus in Tivoli Gardens Copenhagen. From my notes - 7/6/2008.

Orangey gold to copper w/ small pale head. Simple, malty nose, little toast. Similar flavor, little biscuit malts, not much hops. Light to medium bodied, average palate. How on earth can they make this neutral beers?

On draft at restaurant/brewpub. Arrives cloudy amber with a large whitish head. Aroma of grainy malts, a hint of toffee, light floral notes with a hint of spice. Pleasant amber lager flavor, nice caramel malt sweetness, balanced by spicy floral hops with a little citrus acidity. Medium body, somewhat prickly carbonation.

On tap at Vesterbro Bryghus. Hazy amber color, moderate white head. Aroma has hints of hops and sweet malt. Flavor is weak hops and malt. Not much of a beer.
