Commercial Description:
Föroya Bjór Classic is darker and tastes more of malt than Vedraöl. The flavour is balanced with a good taste of hops. The beer goes well with food, especially powerful meat courses and spicy food from the Far East.

Bottled@EBF2008. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is malts, saltwater and some mild hoppyness. Flavour is very much the same. Easy-to-drink and better than expected.

Bottle (EBF2008)<br /> Sweet milky aroma. Decent carbonation. Simple buttery lager, but with OK hops and a decent finish too. A bit simple.

Clear golden color, white head. Sweet malty scent. Sweet malty and apple taste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

On tap in the Faroe Islands tent at the ONS 2008, Stavanger. Served too cold (= minimal taste). Amber colour, low head. Moderately malty aroma and flavour, hints of caramel. Not offensive, but boring.

Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malt, butterscotch. Flavour is sweet, malt, butterscotch, caramel, fruit. Boring beer.
