Oct 7, 2008 (on bottle) Since all the Brigids are overly powered with carbonation, this beer comes out a tad better than the rest of the series. Fresh golden, fast disapearing head. Sort of a hoparoma, butboth in taste and nose, there´s an odd, sweet and mashy thing going on.

Some sweet, malty toffee-aroma.
Dry, cereal flavour with low bitterness.

Sep 24, 2008 Bottled@EBF2008. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is eggy, hoppy, grassy and mildly saltwatery. Flavour is much the same along with some very candyish sweet notes along with the maltyness.

Sep 22, 2008 Updated: Oct 1, 2008Bottled at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Clear golden, virtually no head. Grassy nose. Drysih with clean hard mouthfeeö. Good amounts of hops but sub-par malt structure. Pleasant late bitterness. I wish I could discern that rhubarb that’s supposed to be here.
