Papsoe (10551), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 27, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Thomas_E. A bloody, fucking explosive gusher. Jesus how I hate this! My poor, sticky wet notebook... Anyways, the beer pours a very unclear, murky orangey brown with a light brown head. Tart, fruity aroma. Medium body and - as said - extremely explosive, most of this crap is lost anyway. Flavours are tart, dry fruit - nothing much more really. No bitterness. Another hopelessly infected beer from this "brewery". I really hope for them that they’ll subscribe to some quality control when they reincarnate as a "Castle Brewery" soon. 190408
