Bottle, 70cl. Pours with a huge, off-white, collapsing head over an orange-golden body. The nose is a bit sourish, yet caramel-sweet, with some malt and some spicy notes in the background. The flavor has that same mix of sour and sweet, but the sweetness is dominating, with caramel and malt, and a little spicyness. Medium to full mouthfeel. Fruitysweet, caramel finish with a little sourness. Maybe it was nicer when it was bottled, but it wasn’t bad either. (071027)

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thick light tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also light spicy notes. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of spices and caramel, as well as a light touch of alcohol, leading to a bitter finish.
