mr_kimchee (1414), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Sep 25, 2004 clear gold, smalkl white head. faux fruit grainy malt and grape(?) aroma. cereal-ish malt and a bit a green apple in the flavour. quite thin. not for me. Crockett (902), Steelback County, Ontario, Canada Sep 2, 2004 Pours gold with a thin white head. Not much of an aroma other than a slight citrus scent. Dull carbonation. Thin. Apples and grape flavours. Some bready malts. It has some good flavours but it’s so unpronounced. pootzboy (855), Calgary/ Kitchener, Alberta, Canada Jul 9, 2004 Updated: Jul 20, 2004Bought fresh from the brewery. Poured a pale gold color with a 3 CM white head that reduced fast to a surface covering thin light lace. Medium-low carbonation. Very faint odors of grassy fruity sweetness. Light and thin up front then the light body releases a faint apple/pear fruityness and suble tartness...like a weak malty cider. Finishes fast, thin and cleanly with very little aftertaste (just a slight metallic effect). An average tasting beer...a bit thin and flat for my tastes. Sammy (3023), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 3, 2004 there is a bit of cream balanced with hops. A bit sweet. Not offensive but an average beer. Bit of head. Attractive golden yellow colour. CapFlu (3254), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Oct 25, 2003 (Bottle) Pours a thin, white head and a golden body. Nose of malt. Smooth, sweet doughy flavour. Average brew.
