Falcon Peach Mead

Bottle at Papago. Aroma is disconcerting as it is alcohol-forward. Color is a clear gold. Flavor is more like a grape wine than any mead I have tried: it boasts not only flavor and light texture but that ethereal hazy quality that wine’s alcohol sends up one’s nose. Light peach thins the honey thickness.
