MoritzF (3883), Ruhrpott, Germany Aug 31, 2008 (bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a big and dense blonde foamy head. Yeasty, slightly sweet and sour wheaty nose with a moderate fruit-character and a bit mouldy phenolic spice. Light-sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Quite dry, wheaty and yeasty-fruity taste with traces of vanilla towards the finish. Average Hefeweizen (16.08.08). MiP (6026), Flensburg, Germany Jul 25, 2008 Bottle, 5.2%. Good aroma, wheaty with a little spice. Not much banana. Quite cloudy orange colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is nice, wheat with a little citrus and clove. The mouthfeel is slightly thin for a Hefeweizen. joss (3144), Garching b. München, Germany Mar 3, 2008 Bottle. Citrus and clove nose. Cloudy pale yellow, white cream. Flat, light metallic teast, banana and peach. lightbodied, oily. meh. kappldav123 (1070), Markkleeberg, Germany Dec 16, 2007 It’s a very cheap beer. The aroma is very hefeweizen-like. The flavor is not the best, but okay. Not a perfect beer, but nearly a good one.
