Hazy reddish brown with a dense cream head, that laces the glass beautifully. Fruity aroma with sour cherry and apple; soft soapy texture, belgian ale style flavours with yeast, bread and sour fruit; the finish is deeply bitter and slightly spicy. Excellent.
