Small white head quickly disappears entirely. Lovely deep golden body with light carbonation. Light wooden apple and cork aroma, very clear and harmonic. Sweetish-dry spicy apple taste with wooden cork notes. Delicate in a way, yet sharpish and powerful. Very nice. (0.75l bottle shared with gr0ve.)

Slightly hazy dark golden body, big bubbled fast disappering white head; A little soapy quite simple a little sweet aroma; Huge carbonation on a little to simple to sweet body, only slightly dry; Some length in seetish finish with a very little bret aroma. Not a food cider but quite simple, a little sweet, drinking while sitting in the grass in the shade of an apple tree summer cider.

It has all the qualities of a good cidre bouché: sour, fresh, sweet also, obvious apple smll and taste. Very refreshing during the Summer.

Bottle. (75cl corked) It poured clear, golden with a white head, and released aromas of apples, yeast and felt quite sour. Lovely, balanced flavor with apples, some yeast and sourness. Quite astringent on the palate, with a long finish consisting of apples and sourness. A nice, balanced French one. (070430)
