Golden clear, perfect body. Nice vague yeasty apple aroma. Flavor is much balanced sweet and sour. One of the better samples of cider I have tasted.

When you open this bottle (2006 in my case), you get the GREATEST aroma. But then in your mouth it just dies a little, though getting better on its way down. It has a little bit of rotten apples over its flavour and palate, but in general a very interesting cider. But I would buy Fanø or Gl. Holtegaard anytime instead, also MUCH chaper. This is WAY to expencive...

Pours gold with a thin white head and some fizziness. Smells of tarte apples, funky, sweet, sugary. Tastes tarte with some citrussy splashes and up front dry apples on the finish.

Bottle. (75cl corked) It poured clear, golden with a white head, and released aromas of apples, yeast and felt quite sour. Lovely, balanced flavor with apples, some yeast and sourness. Quite astringent on the palate, with a long finish consisting of apples and sourness. A nice, balanced French one. (070430)

0.75L 2007 bottle, big bubbly head that dissapears rather quickly, hazy light golden colour, aroma of fresh apples with some flowery and minerally notes, flavour of fresh apples, and hints of leather and cinamon, quite tart with a light sweetness balanced by a mellow and pleasant bitterness. A good cider with a suprisingly sturdy body.

Small white head quickly disappears entirely. Lovely deep golden body with light carbonation. Light wooden apple and cork aroma, very clear and harmonic. Sweetish-dry spicy apple taste with wooden cork notes. Delicate in a way, yet sharpish and powerful. Very nice. (0.75l bottle shared with gr0ve.)

A hazy orange cider with a huge orange head! very uncommon. The aroma is a lovely mixture of sweet and acidic apple notes. The flavor is sweet and very apply (no wonder) with only hints of acidity, but the acidity grows towards the end and makes it dry.
