Amber colour. Light malty, hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter slightly roasted flavor. Moderate bitter average finish. Not much hefe flavor, but nice powerfull brew. Creamy palate. Aroma and taste are spices, malt, caramel and some fruits as well. Stefano (1014), Esbjerg, Denmark May 21, 2008 Clear brownish colour with a medium mostlyy diminshing off white head. Malty aroma with hints of fruitness. Flavor has an good balance between barley sweetness and alcohol strength. Some prunes and raisins, a hint of vintage port. Spicy finish.
