Commercial Description:
Danish: Vores pilsnertype har fået navn efter den lokale "ædelsten", og ligesom denne er øllet gyldent og ufiltreret. Smagen er frisk og fyldig men ret tør og let aromatisk som den lokale humor.

Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Hazy deep blond color. The aroma is too simple. The flavor shows some cereals, light hay, very light malt, not so bad; the bitterness is quite strong, but it also tends to be quite aggressive in the end. Easy.

From tap at Ølbaren. Pours cloudy and golden yellow with a huge white head, leaving a nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild citrusy fruity and slight grassy. Crisp hoppy flavoured with a light yeasty note. Citrusy and bitter from back of tongue. Nice crisp Kölsch.

Draught at EsBF09. Buttery aroma, not bad, with a little wet hop. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. Good floral hop flavour, mild and good. A bit yeasty, but it is not a problem here.

On tap. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Sweetish and very malty nose. Medium body with very sweet malts, a little citrus and a dry, hoppy finish. Clean and refreshing. 221009

It’s hazy, warm golden with a creamy head and a mild, fruity aroma. The flavor is sweet with fruity, soft notes of citrus and light caramel. It’s charming, uncomplicated and easy to drink.
