750ml. Dark copper pour with minimal head unless you pour down the middle. Smells a little sour and tasted sour too. Citrus, wine-like but also a little sour and of course peppery. I expected the pepper but not the sourness. This seems unbalanced and I think mine maybe sat too long. Carbonation was a little weak. Not impressed.

Bottle. Cloudy and amber coloured with a white head. Notes of spices, pepper, light sourness, brett, dryness, citrus, low carbonation and fruity. No thanks.

Bottle. Pours muddy orange with a small head. Aroma is, fruity, citric and vinious. Flavour is also fruity, citric and vinious, but I find too sour and quite thin.

Bottle. Pours a clear copper with a large off-white head that fades leaving good lacing. Aroma of citrus, wheat, yeast, and pepper. Taste is the same as aroma with an emphasis on tart citrus and just a hint of black pepper. Medium thin mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness and a moderately tart finish. Very good.

Bottled. Hazy orange color, short head. Aroma is slight tart, barnyard, some hop, hint of black pepper. Soury taste, slight bitter, sweet and with a peppery finish. Strange stuff, and again heavily overrated.
