0.75 l bottle. Nice glowing orange colour with a persistent white head and some sediment. Spicy fruit aroma. Flavours are a jolly mix of spices; pepper, coriander, and cinnamon(?) on a fruity background. It’s a Fantôme.

Bottle from Alvinne brewery. Gusher. hazy orange with medium, fizzy white head. Aroma is fruity and very yeasty, dry, graininess, nice. Flavor is yeast, citrus fruit, slight red fruit, orange, lemon, spritsy. Fizzy, medium to light body. One of the better fantomes that we bought. Similar yeast presence and off-flavors (lemon spritzer) but drinkable and nice.

Deep golden body, lots of sparkle, huge lasting white head, perfect; Excellent deep complex nose with a very special upfront spicy touch; Huge big bubbled carbonation in quite soft, quite full body, very balanced with a little acid and actually a little burn too (from the spices?); Long finish, again with a strange burn and aroma from some kind of spice, only a very little lemon fruit acid. Very nice!
