Jan 22, 2008 Bottled. A hazy orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of spices, caramel, and malt, whilte the flavor is sweet combined with and acidic edge and quite spice. Very Fantome’ish.

Jan 13, 2008 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished white head. Light orange aroma, acidic to citric. Flavour is acidic with and orange citric note. Infected citric flavour. Ends with a mild yeasty mellow flavour. A pure waste on me apparently.

Nov 27, 2006 Updated: Jan 8, 2007Bottled. Reddish amber, brief lively head. The nose has less of that interesting winegum than some other Fantôme brews, and instead a vague dryish herbal touch. It’s medium sweet with dense, clean mouthfeel. Estery flavuor with notes of seville orange marmelade and a salty edge. Dangerously drinkable. Though not as directly appealing as the best Fantôme beers, it still is a fascinating, complex and yet refreshing brew.

Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, flowers, dandelion flower ! Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and sour, moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090221]

Mar 12, 2009 Bottle, 8%. Grassy hoppiness, dry hop aroma. Slightly hazy golden colour. Small fizzy white head. A little citrus flavour, quite lemony. Some dry hoppiness combined with the citrus makes it taste slightly lambieky. Dry finish. Quite high carbonation.

Aug 23, 2007 Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is earthy, big malts and some hops. Quite sour notes also. Flavour is very sour fruits, earth, yeast and some hops. Very palatetickling thing.

Appearance: starts with a loud pop of the cork, opaque rusty orange, huge cream head, lots of tiny bubbles
Aroma: big spicy aroma
Flavor: light spicy malt flavor, no bitterness other than the spices, no aparent alcohol but a bit warming, once it reaches room temperature it turns bitter weird
