Pours a cloudy golden pale brew with plenty of white fizzy head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of yeast funk, some fruity character with honey and something reminding me of some plastic styrene. Taste is medium bodied, slightly acidic with flavors of citrus zest, green vegetable, and some lime. Finish is metallic and acidic. hard to say if this one needs some aging or was infected. Willing to try again. jcr (1149), Jasper, Indiana, USA

Celery, grass, lemon, lime, butter and honey with a light hint of bandage. The average to large white head was frothy. The body a dark yellow. The flavor was moderately sweet and lightly bitter and moderately acidic. Dry finish with a strong and unpleasant aftertaste of Band-Aid. Medium body and lively carbonation. ryan (1775), Beltsville, Maryland, USA

Cloudy to muddy golden color. Fair lacework. First impression was somewhat moldy with notes of caramel, fruit, spicy, and citrus. Don’t think the sour notes were intended. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and hint of dry texture. Light sweet and acidic. Light spicy and acidic like finish. fiulijn (7150), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy

Very interesting aroma, sour, with cellar smell, cork, light grapefruit, very light vanilla. The flavor is much less interesting, built on a weak body, with more astringency than acidity. Weird.
