Dec 1, 2007 Pours a hazy golden colour. Sour moldy aroma. The flavour is bitter, sour, herby and yeasty with some lemon. Dry herby bitterish finish.

Nov 24, 2007 750ml capped and corked bottle: Great looking pour - hazy gold with a creamy, two finger head. The nose is really different, with strong hints of celery, cilantro and lime. The spring mix salad with lime continues into the body where notes of caramel, hay and yeast intermingle. Finishes slightly astringent and dry.

Nov 19, 2007 Thanks to July’s Santa. Pours somewhat cloudy light copper with a small lacing white head. Aroma is of mint, citrus and yeast. Taste is refreshing and smooth, mint, yeast, grains, citrus and a slightly bitter finish. I thought this one was solid.

Nov 9, 2007 Bottle. Hazy amber coloured with a rather small white head. Hmm I guess I’m never gonna learn to really enjoy these saison’s. Always taste infected and like spider webbs and old moldy cloth. And this one is no different. Sorry.

Nov 4, 2007 Pours a hazy amber with a small head. Sweet with some bitterness and a hint of acid. Aromas of grain and bread. Also some wood and dust. Meium to full bodied. Lively carboantion. Metallic finsih.
