Nose is grassy and lightly sour with a dryness to it. Palate is lightly tingly with a very nice mouthfeel, kinda fluffy but goes down easy. Flavor is grassy and sour with some nice funkiness to it. A nice light hop character to it and a crisp clean finish. TheEpeeist (1484), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA

Soft, but up-front, carb with a lightish body. Hints of sour apricot and honeydew; black pepper toward the end. Very nice. IPFreely (1470), Lewiston, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | May 19, 2004 Cloudy golden amber color, big full head. A little sour, kind of cidery as well. I was picking up some sugar as well. It was a little funky. Palate was very nice, very smooth and soft. It was pretty good but it lacked the punch I’ve come to expect from a Fantome. joeycapps (1466), Waterdown, Ontario, Canada
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 16, 2004 Hazy amber w/ sediment. Creamy, dense off-white head. Spicy, fruity, slightly yeasty aroma w/ a touch of soya sauce. Light, effervescent feel. Fruity & malty w/ a peppery finish. Some bitterness. SamGamgee (1466), Santa Cruz (La Selva), California, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Dec 6, 2009 75cl bottle. Hazy-nearing-opaque gold with a medium-large head that leaves plenty of lace. Very bretty and funky with lemons, tropical fruit, honey, leather, spices, and herbal hops. The flavor is actually pretty sour and funky with lots of lemon, though not tongue-scrapingly acidic like the Beatification we had later. Grainy malt provides a touch of sweetness, and some spices add to the complexity. Dry overall, but with a nice balance between everything, and a smooth integration of flavors. Medium-light in body with medium-high carbonation. Great beer, and it looks like it has developed a lot since the spring, with plenty of wild stuff in the bottle doing its thing. I could drink this all night. Dixen (1465), Flagstaff, Arizona, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 17, 2004 Sour and spicy aroma. Pours cloudy hazy yello with a medium fluffy white head. Lame flavor, spicy and sour. I really dont get saisons and i dont get why people are raving so much about this brewery, how bout some consistency? dchmela (1458), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 2, 2008 Courtesy SoLan. Nice amber pour with a thin white head. Honey, ground black pepper and assorted spices in the aroma. Thin citrus black pepper spice taste. Taste does not quite live up to the aroma, but good nonetheless.
