| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 5, 2004 HUGE thanks to jeffc666 for sharing this awesome beer! Pours a clouded amber with a tight frothy white head. Body has many suspended particle flecks in it. Aroma is spicy and sort of peppery. There’s an aroma of yeast and a light hint of fruit as well. Taste is spiced with a yeasty/wheaty body intermingling with more fruit, a faint hint of bubblegum, and definite spice. Sort of like a suped up witbier. The 8% alcohol is absolutely undetectable. Very soft and light mouthfeel, although there is some carbonation on the palate. Finish is more spice with the pepper coming out a bit more. Nice beer and an awesome way to hit 900! | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 29, 2009 750ml I got in Vegas. thanks to Wetherel for letting me know I hadn’t rated this. Shared with my gf over dinner. I usually love fantome but something about this doesn’t sit qutie right. Pours golden with a bright white head. Nose is sweet but overly spiced. The spice comes back in the taste and it just really doesn’t do it for me. caesar (3034), Bunnik/Utrecht, Netherlands
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 20, 2007 Hazy orange color, no head. Aroma of hop, fruity, peach, slight spicy. Slight sour taste, dry, spicy of nutmeg, hint of cinnamon. All those Fantome beers are overrated. rauchbier (3003), Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, England

Light zesty aroma with apples and flowers. Apple front in the taste, light baking soda essence. Light body is a little watery. Don’t notice the alcohol at all. Enjoyable refresher. Salty finish.
