Aroma of spice and some fruit, along with some old fermenting funky grass. Flavor is everything from the aroma along with some hay. A nice grassy, spicy saison, solid. Pours a nice thick head over a cloudy yellow body leaving great lacing. Flavor is tangy and musty, layered with spice. The yeast and malt show up, but only for a minute. Palate is sticky and bubbly. Nose is grassy and lightly sour with a dryness to it. Palate is lightly tingly with a very nice mouthfeel, kinda fluffy but goes down easy. Flavor is grassy and sour with some nice funkiness to it. A nice light hop character to it and a crisp clean finish.
