Light, fruity and champagne-like. Fantôme brews special seasonal beers, never repeating a recipe from year to year. This one is for spring . . .

Bottle. Really lovely nice and soft. Orange rind, spicey and delictae. Light, but it sure manages to cover most corners of the mouth, which is quite astonishing. Very nice.

Pours hazy amber with a sudsy off-white head. The aroma is odd. There is citrus, spice, dandelions, lemons and a strange sharpness. Medium / light body with a crisp feel and welcome light stinging carbonation. The flavor starts with dandelions, grass, dried fruits, odd sourness, some funky yeast, sharp citric acid and stinging carbonation ~ a lot is going on here. The finish is sour, bitter and quite refreshing and it has a beautiful saaz-like hop quality. This is 8%??? Where??? Thumbs up for this great example of a world class saison.

poured a cloudy hazy light copper with some sediment and a large foaming head . aroma is herbal with some spice and fruit. taste is earthy with some tartness (lemon, apple) with some spice at the finish. A delightfully different brew.

My first thought was "This tastes like being outside" Palate was thick and full and softly effervescent - wonderful. Sweet like mellow fruits - honeydew and cantaloupe. At the end you get bonus flavors of white pepper and other unknown spices. Undeniably delicious.

Nice rich, dark amber topperd by a stiff foamy head. The aroma is grass, green tree leaves broken in late summer, plums, tangerines and cheese. The flavor is light biscuity malt and subtle fruitiness, pear.

Sweet, lager aroma with alcohol evident. Hazy, light gold. Small, white head. Excellent lace. Really rich flavor. Grassy and vegetal. Heather? Saffron? Very unique. Allspice? Clove. Very nice. Would buy again.

This is a nice beer for a warm evening. Printemps is a sweet, flowery saison. The aroma is light hops with light yeast and fresh flowers. Flavor is on the sweet side, more yeast, light spices, and sweet fruit. One of th sweetest saisons I have had. Very tall but short lived white head, and a cloudy gold beer. Well balanced and very drinkable.
