750 ml bottle. A hazy deep red beer with alarge, creamy, lacing and mostly lasting beige head. Peculiar, funky and yeasty aroma. Also very spicy nose. There are notes of citric fruits, dark fruits, maybe mint and a hint of toasted grains. The flavour is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Quite complex. Medium body, lively carbonation, dry long finish with medium bitterness. As usual the alcohol is well hidden. Not the best Fantome and that is saying something, however a more than average stuff.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, amber beer with a small, beige head. A bit bready aroma with spicy notes, some cheesy funk, and cellar in the background. Bready and spiced flavor with cellar and a cheesy touch, and some milky sourness. Bready, spiced finish with cellar. Nicely carbonated, medium-bodied and dry. Quite interesting and drinkable. 090822

Bottle. The saison appears grumsy brown like the limpopo river but with a neat off-white head actually. The nose is strange and rather weak. Fresh plumps dominates along with mountain-row berries, yeast and the smell of a fridge. The taste is pretty thin with som melon and a weak acisity Tha palate and mouthfeel is watery and best the finish can be called dry. Pretty uninteresting

Bottle. Cloudy amber body with a creamy off white head. Fruity, light hoppy aroma with notes of pepper. Flavour is very fruity with the typical pepper flavour note you will find in most Fantome brews. Light citric and bretty as well. Dry texture.
