Commercial Description:
This abbey-style Belgian ale boasts malty, chocolate flavors with hints of raisins and plums. We use a blend of American and European hops to balance the complex flavors unique to ales fermented with authentic Belgian yeast.

Dark mahogany/ruby with a nice frothy head and sticky lacing. Dusty aroma with bitter hops and some fruits. Flavor is still dusty with more of the fruits coming out. Figs or plums. Caramel malts and a touch of brown sugar. Chalk and dust like palate.
