Commercial Description:
Cask; Occasional.
BitterNoth was created for the Fifth Maldon Beer Festival in April 2007. It is copper coloured with a slight sweetness from the use of Crystal Malt. There is a hint of spiciness in the finish provided by the careful use of Challenger hops. Following its success at the Maldon Beer Festival, we are going to do a few more brews of this one.

Cask handpull at The Rake, Borough Market. Copper, thin beige head. Its a bitter. Some mixed fruit. Some drying hop, some biscuity malt. Fairly standard bitter in good nick.

A Mes rate: Cask at Chelmsford Beer Festival. Straight forward bitter with a nice blend of malt and hops. Finishes bitter as you would expect ad doesnt do a great deal else. Drinkable enough though.
