Commercial Description:
Cask, Regular;
FGB is an amber beer with a tremendous aroma that will knock you socks off. We use an obscene amount of Cascade Hops to get the aroma. It's expensive to make but we just love it! It was originally brewed for the Pig's Ear Beer Festival last year, but it is still propular so we are still brewing it regularly. It has won any prizes yet, but some say that it is only a matter of time.

A few halfs enjoyed at The Tap Room, The Blue Boar. Crystal clear amber body. No head. Hop resin in aroma. Comprehensive fruity taste with tropical fruits. Dry hop bitter ending. Clean tasting. Moreish (Gravicask and bottle, early May 08).

Cask gravity @ The Blue Boar Hotel, CM9 Maldon. Clear light amber color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty and hoppy, caramel, toffee, lime, flowers. Initial flavor is moderate sweet, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Very nice ;o))
