Cask at The Dove Street Inn Ipswich 21 Sep 06. Golden coloured. A small head. Caramellish taste with some bitterness. Well balanced.

Half pint on cask in perfect condition at The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Nice amber body, but missing head. Dry, malty aroma. Rounded sweet flavour of honey and caramel with a bitter touch in the ending. Rather smooth texture and easy to drink (21.09.2006).
