Commercial Description:
New yeast wheat, unfiltriert, urbelassen, an original bottle fermentation. The "edelweiss" ferments first, as usual, in the tank. Then "spice" comes, thus not yet vergorenes beer in addition. The filling follows in returnable bottles and barrels, a second fermentation at warm temperatures, a cooling phase of several days and an at least two-week dwell phase. Afterwards this Allgaeuer beer speciality with fine obergaeriger yeastis a particularly mild and pleasant taste experience.

(bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Cloudy, light-orange colour with a moderate foamy white head. Yeasty, medium-sweet, distinctive grainy aroma with a light wheat-character and notes of citrus and banana. Light-sweet flavour with a minimal level of acidity, light to medium bodied, almost fizzy carbonation. Wheat-malty, slightly yeasty taste with moderate fruity accents; wheaty and fruity finish with restrained clovy notes, which I appreciate. Decent, refreshing Hefe-Weizen.

this muddy yellow brew is a very easy to drink and thirst quenching German Weizen ... smell and taste are dominated by peach, however the brew is not ’sticky’ ... nothing really special, but a good average Weizen, and that is a good start, isn’t it?

A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of dusty hops and wheat. The mouthfeel is very sparkling with flavor notes of wheat and barley malt as well as lighter notes of citrus and banana.
