Nose is all citrus & pine, flavor is strongly cascade hops, citrusy and only slightly bitter with a pine bite. Slight caramel malt backbone - Just a lovely thing with their BBQ.

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Dec 6, 2009 On cask at Fatheads North Olmsted. The bartender set this beauty down on the bar and I was hit with citrus aroma from three feet away! Taste was perfect citrus from the start, surprisingly different in the middle with a taste I couldn’t quite put my finger on and I’ve never got in an I.P.A. and finished with a nice soft, relatively mild bitterness. A nice little change for the tired American I.P.A. pallet. Excellent, and worth the pilgrimage to Olmsted or wherever the hell I was. Underrated. kramer (2490), Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 24, 2009 Tap @ Fat Head’s. Pours a slightly hazy dark gold, the small fizzy white head left some spotty lacing. Nice resiny hop nose with minimal malt interference. Very hoppy, but very well restrained bitterness, must be heavy on the late addition hops. Lingering hoppy finish. Light to medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Pretty refreshing. The cask sample of this was better, a lot more soft and the bitterness was a little more pronounced. DJMonarch (6921), Northwich, Cheshire, England

Grapefruit aroma. Initially there is a strong hop bite, nay burn, then the mouth gets more used to the acidity. The flavour is pretty good grapefuit. 77IBU. JaBier (1261), Capital City, Ohio, USA

Citrusy orange and pine hop aroma with a touch of malt. Piney and orangy hop flavor with a hint of spice from the simcoe with a piney finish. Best beer of the night and maybe the best of theirs I’ve had, but I’d have to try it side by side with Hop Juju to crown an official winner. hopson (595), Williamsville, New York, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 8, 2009 On tap. Pours a clear deep orangy/golden color. Awesome citrus/pine aroma. Hops all the way. Great hop flavor, but not overly bitter or astringent. A really nice, but intense hop flavor. Clean finish with some malty sweetness that mellows out the hop bite.
