Commercial Description:
A bright golden harvest ale spiced with local honey from Jorgenson’s apiary in Olmsted Falls, lemongrass, and coriander. Spicy citrus flavors and aromas as pleasant as a Indian summer day.

Pours clear golden color with a rocky head. Light spice aroma, mostly the coriander. Some honey flavor, but moslty dominated by the orange coriander flavor. Would love to some more lemongrass, but I really didn’t get any. Thin mouthfeel and an overall forgetable beer.

On tap at the brewpub pours golden color with off white head. Aroma is slightly sweet and not much else. Watery mouthfeel. Flavor is caramel, sweetness from the honey, then finishes with an unpleasant astringent grain taste. Not that good.

Pours clear copper with a small tan head. Aroma is spice, honey and sweet fruit. Spicy and sweet with some caramel malt. Watery and not very good.
