Fat Heads Starlight Lager

Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small white head. Light nose, mostly corn and not much else. Tastes like your basic Pale Lager, a little DMS, a little bit of water, you know. Light bodied and fizzy, a little clinginess on the finish. A brew for the Coors Light crowd, I consider it a win that I find it only slightly offensive.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours clear gold with a thin off-white head. Sweet malt aroma with some crisp noble hops. Sweet malt flavor with some definite lager yeast presence and a crisp finish that is more dry and bitter than expected. Not outstanding, but pretty good considering the style.
