(12oz bottle) Clear golden body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, fruity. Taste is moderately sweet, cereal, some peach syrup, alcohol laden. Medium body, some stickiness.

NOt bad, but not great. A sweet nose, with a similar flavor profile to match. Some malt, no noticeable hops, medium palate. Not too memorable, but not offensive either.

This doesnt taste like an amber either. Has some hoppiness, but also a little bit of smoke and an odd aftertaste that is not roastiness....maybe a little bit of spice.

Shiny gold, thick lasting foamy head. Fresh nose of floral hops, bread dough, and soft earthy caramel. Very well balanced with floral and grassy hops that are tightly layered over a sweet malt base. Medium to full bodied, soft smooth carbonation, mellowed hoppy finish. Maybe because this was a fresh bottle, but I thought this was very well done. Underrated in my opinion...

(bottle) Clear gold with decent white head. Malt aroma. Flavor is sweet malt, somewhat syrupy. No hops to be found. Not much of an amber ale.

Pours clear gold wtih a white pillow head that leaves quickly. Smells different - maybe some wheat, banana and light spice. Mouthfeel is medium with light carbonation. Taste has aspects of the aroma and others - definitely unique. Sweet malt, some banana and sugary. The mix of malt and sugar gives a taste almost like marshmallows. Spicy hop finish. Further down some cinnamon comes into the taste. The sugary taste continues to grow and it starts tasting a bit syrupy. An okay beer, good deal for the price.

From a twelve ounce bottle purchased a "Trader Joe’s" - This one poured a golden liquid with a tall white head of foam and a slight malty aroma. Tastewise, it’s smooth and grainy, but nothing to get too excited about. S good session beer, I guess. -------- it’s clearly stated on the label "Brewed and bottled by Steinhaus Brewing Co., New Ulm, MN".
